3. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and may be subject to change if additional work is discovered during service. We will notify you of any additional costs before proceeding with work beyond the original estimate. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. For recurring service plans, payment is due according to the billing schedule specified in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other payment methods as specified. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of service appointments. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in cancellation fees or termination of recurring service agreements.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service type:

• Cleaning Services: If you are not satisfied with a cleaning service, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean your pool at no additional charge.
• Repair Services: Repair work is warranted for 90 days from the date of service against defects in workmanship. Parts warranties are as provided by the manufacturer.
• Renovation Services: Renovation work is warranted for one year from completion against defects in workmanship.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pool Cleaner Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Insurance and Licensing

Pool Cleaner Services maintains appropriate insurance coverage and licenses as required by applicable state and local regulations. Proof of insurance and licensing is available upon request.

9. Property Access and Responsibility

By granting us access to your property for pool services, you represent that you have the authority to do so. You are responsible for informing us of any property conditions that could affect our ability to safely perform services, including but not limited to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or structural concerns.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
